Download svn repository ( or set SVN up in netbeans - see sourceforge for settings)
point Netbeans to the downloaded JPortal folder and open as a project
you must add the jars in the "libs" folder to the project, either by defining new libraries (Netbeans→Extra→Libraries) and add these libraries (thats what I do) or by adding the jars directly
following jars must be available:
JPortal game documentation: jportalhelp.jar (can be built with helpsetmaker, sources (of documentation) are included), but a binary should be in the libs folder
JLayer library, at the moment: jl1.0.1.jar
BeanShell, at the moment: bsh-2.0b4.jar
JavaHelp, at the moment: jh.jar
JPortal class documentation: jportalclass.jar (this is a jar which contains the converted JavaDoc to JavaHelp and should be in the libs folder. To built an own version you need javadoc2help, see Credits for a link)
